- departed frm sg to bintan on sat (11/6) in the mornin without knowin aniting bout it... the boat trip took bout 45mins - 1hr~ abit the motion sickness, so mi was stuffin myself wif sweet! haha! when we reached, a bus frm Angsana Bintan Resort & Spa picked us (and sum other visitors) to the resort.. we arent able to check into our rooms as the previous "tenants" juz checked out, n they were cleanin up the room... so we dumped our luggages at the counter for their safe keepin and we left for the nearest town "POO" hahaha! so strange rite? bt it's abbrevation for sumting... =p
settled our lunch (S$80 ah!!) for 5 ppl! so exp! i tot indonesia stuff will be cheaper... apparently they wana "chop" the tourist! tsk tsk tsk... we got a day cab to drive us ard tat dae, as travellin frm one place to another will take a while~ lol saw the "traditional" way of pumpin gas... THRU A FUNNEL!!!!!! OMG! so traditional rite? cant believe it... aft which, we went along our way to a shoppin centre... mi finish shoppin in 15mins... n it's sat, bt its so empty! strange... it's like sg's shoppin durin weekdaes~ we had our lunch (again) and our cab driver asked my dad for our contacts in sg.. he wana come ovr sg sae... nxt mth? and asked if we could bring him ard when he comes! my dad smile smile sae "sure! i'll bring u to *namin all places*" and writes him a fake add n fake phone! *faints* well, aft we left the so-called shoppin centre, we headed to a kelong there! it's like a farm stay kinda place, n we saw alot of s'porean... we walked ard, n settle dwn for dinner... u noe y? coz we spent near 2hrs on the road to get frm the shoppin centre to the kelong
bt the food there is cheaper! n it's so nice... especially the calamari~ *yummm*
we head for the resort (another 1hr+) and the room is WOW~~ v v v v v nice~ so i muz recommend ANGSANA BINTAN RESORT & SPA! haha! for the nxt 2daes mi was there, basically we juz slacked, slpt, ate, swam thru the dae... the pace there is so slow, bt it's gd for mi... mi wana relax mah~ actually mi wana do alot of water sports... bt my eyes hafnt recover, so tink nxt time ba~
we safely returned to sg on mon evenin, and we (5 of us, and my fifth aunt who came to pick us up) went to bedok to haf sea food "zhi cha" (abit the too much of sea food for mi oreadi)... and tues, mi went to shifa's hse to wake him (and his mom, who opened the door for mi) and dragged him to jurong to haf breakfast! the $0.10/pcs chwee kuey and the boneless chicken wing chicken rice! haha! for my craving of food, he gota wake up... too bad for him~ =p after tat, we went to sembawang n watched a chn movie called "Mahjong Kungfu" haha! pretty funie, bt shifa was luffin like duno wat! haha! after tat, mi "released" him home to slp, n i did the same~ hahaha
